AC Hotel Kansas City Plaza

This place was amazing highly professional and highly recommended, the service was excellent I would definitely stay here again I was overwhelmed with joy on my vacation here, I had a lot of fun in the gym and at the bar, very good complimentary breakfast over all one of my best stays in a hotel. The interior is incredible everywhere I looked it was like a work of art again very professional, words can’t describe how impressed I was with my stay. Andrew was also fantastic he’s been in the area for a while and if you don’t know what to do if you are visiting definitely talk to him he can give you some ideas he’s an amazing help and he’s very friendly! All I can say is I loved my stay and I’ll definitely be back.

Even though there is a TON of construction, it is walkable distance from all the bars in Westport. No need for a DD on a night of fun and drinking. A friend of mine booked this for the last weekend Off Key was open. He drove in from Nebraska, and we were greeted with such warmth from the person behind the front desk. He was beyond kind! Professionalism at its finestest, yet added a very approachable attitude. He offered to answer any questions about the area, was willing to give out any info about places he would recommend, as well as tell us anything about any amenities the hotel had to offer. Absolutely stunning hotel! I had no idea that place existed, but I do now and plan on booking in the future when less construction is blocking the entire area. That hotel was a breath of fresh air! It is perfect for one person, or for a weekend stay. They have a hotel bar, and the entire hotel is extremely clean. The one thing I didn't like was how incredibly loud the hallways get in the morning. I wasn't expecting that. It was inconvenient for me because I am a light sleeper, but others may not mind it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We came to KC to go to Legoland for my sons birthday. Everyone at this hotel has been super nice and helpful! We felt welcomed as soon as we came in and the rooms are nice and clean. We don't know KC very well, but it was easy to get to and the gated parking is really nice. I recommend this hotel if you're in the area! Thanks to everyone that helped us out!

First time in the area and I would definitely stay here again. The room was very clean, the AC worked great and I had was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and ready to help. I also appreciated the secure parking, I didn't feel the need to worry about my vehicle while I was there. Perfect for what I needed and I hope to be back in the future!

I enjoyed our stay. I agree with some of the other comments about in room facilities. But everything was nice and I'm not eating in the middle of the night. The breakfast buffet had a very European feel to it with cold meats and cheeses and had all the normal staples. The location is great for getting out and walking the neighborhood. I would stay again.

I had a great stay at AC Hotel Kansas City. The hotel is clean, modern, and very well maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it easy to rest and feel relaxed. I especially loved the bathroom — spacious, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, and I felt safe the entire time. Overall, it’s a solid choice if you’re looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a pleasant atmosphere in Kansas City. I would definitely stay here again.

Property is in a great nightlife location. The front is extremely helpful and kind! The hotel is very clean from the lobby to the guest rooms. The breakfast is great and has a beautiful presentation! Tge bar is a great highlight! I would definitely recommend this Property to anyone!

A fantastic location and lovely staff! My wife and I had such a great stay. Our room was quiet and clean and the beds were so comfortable. I loved the calm roomy atmosphere in the lobby and bar, where we hung out between excursions. So many fantastic restaurants nearby and not a far walk to the new streetcar stops! A great place to stay to experience Kansas City food, culture, and friendly hospitality!
